All countries around the world share the same problem concerning polluted marine areas and beaches and all of them are trying to deal with it using different approaches. The OACM/SOTD system will unify them and set new global standards for solving this problem so that everyone would become more efficient in implementing the solutions.

By implementing the same communication system for effective protection and cleaning of marine areas and integrating the OACM/SOTD into the government infrastructure, the problem of polluted oceans, lakes, and rivers will be able to be solved on the local level on the coast. The unification of countries through the use of this common system will provide us with a new perspective in the future on how to deal with this growing ocean pollution threat.
