OACM is conglemerate of united nations, global corporations and world organizations commited to protect, preserve and physically clean the world oceans, lakes and rivers by creating and expanding Certifed SAFE Marine Areas ( plastic free zones ) beneth and above the surface using SOS / sustainable ocean solutions conservancy program.OACM unites nations and human kind to act as one to ensure the preservation of all natural water resources.
